Riley Haupt is a One-man Band singer and guitar player who brings a captivating, high-energy act for all ages. His performances are explosively engaging ranging from upbeat songs to all-time ballads that audiences cannot get enough of. Riley emerged from his Midwest hometown of Manitowoc into the worldwide scene. Hailed as a worldwide cruise ship entertainer, Riley Haupt has over 1000 shows under his belt on 7 major cruise liners around the world.

 

His unique brand of entertainment fuses acoustic guitar, looping pedal and beat box sounds creating live beats that will make you want to sing along. He spices performances by having the crowd be a part of the show. The audience can select their favorite tune from a collection of 300+ songs ranging from the Beatles to contemporary music. It’s not unusual for a fan to take the lead on percussion or impromptu sing-along.

 

With early roots in violin, drums, and guitar, Riley’s original music draws influence from John Meyer, Jack Johnson, and Jason Mraz. His passion for music was fueled by playing drums and vocals in local bands from a tender age, followed by taking the main lead in musicals during his adolescence years, primarily in “Footloose”. He later perfected his musical skills graduating with a BA in Music from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

 

Production activity undeniably followed. Summer of 2006 was a breakthrough for Riley as he found himself co-producing and directing the first season of “Lakeshore Rising Stars” along his lifelong friend and business partner, Terry Stevenson. The singing competition lured local musical talent keeping the audience on their toes. Two additional seasons followed with fans cheering all summer long for their favorite uprising star.

 

Over the past decade, Riley has performed at many private and corporate events, weddings, and breweries in the Midwest. He took the main stage performance on countless events and festivals.

Riley’s talent is taking the world by storm, not only as a musician, but also as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. On his recent real estate 2023 performance travel trip, he “wow”-ed the audience taking the lead award for best singer at “Secrets Idol” of Mexico.

 

Outside of the music scene, Riley is a hockey league player, avid hunter and fisherman. He met his wife at sea while trotting the globe and performing on world class cruise ships. They are raising 3 beautiful boys - future musicians in the making.
